Using the Windows command in the File menu, you can go directly to a window of your choice, without having to click on zillions of windows to find the one you want. A list of document windows is presented; to get to settings windows, like those associated with computers, use the appropriate command in the Settings menu instead. The window you pick from the list of document windows immediately comes to the front.
